Just as with the original DS-1, this limited-edition version features three simple controls: Distortion for controlling preamp gain, Tone for dialing in the perfect distortion character, and Level for adjusting the output volume. The DS-1 50th Anniversary can run off of a 9V power adapter (sold separately) or a 9V battery (included) of alkaline or carbon-zinc chemistries.
