Gretsch Drums Hammered Black Steel Snare Drum – 6.5 x 14 inch – Polished

Striking Looks, Steely Sound

A large-bore hammering pattern gives this Gretsch Full Range snare a dramatic look – one that you’ll be proud to make the centerpiece of your stage kit. The 1.2mm steel shell exhibits a focused, dry, complex tone that takes different tuning ranges like a champ. A pair of die-cast metal hoops helps to further dial back the shell’s overtones, delivering sharp and cutting rimshots and cross-sticks that carry straight to the back row. The Gretsch Full Range hammered steel snare drum is handsome, versatile, and super dynamic, which also makes it a solid option for studio work.
