This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced salesperson with in-depth knowledge of the audio equipment and Pro AV industry and its products to grow and strengthen our brands in the market. You will have proven experience and skills in business development, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Core responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Visiting dealers
- Sales and technical support
- Deliveries and Collections (where relevant)
- Working with dealers on campaigns and sales promotions
- Sales reporting
- Dealer information reporting
- Dealer and Retail staff training
- Assisting in inventory management
Key Performance Areas
In driving brand and sales growth in the marketplace, your success will be measured on your performance in the following key areas:
- Achieve set turnover targets
- Grow the dealer base
- Improve brand representation
- Grow market share
- Provide accurate reporting and market insights
- Improve customer service experience
- Manage and improve key accounts

Company Division & Reporting Structure
This is a full-time position that falls within the Tech Products division of Musical Distributors and reports to the National RODE & Mackie Portfolio Manager.
Additional Skills & Abilities:
- Preparing & delivering presentations (Powerpoint)
- Create and read spreadsheets, including pivot tables (Excel)
- Familiar with Mac OS
