Promotional Period

Starts 1 September 2025, 09:00 SAST and ends 31 November 2025, 23:59 SAST. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

Eligibility

Open to natural persons aged 18+ who are resident in South Africa.
Excludes employees, directors, agents of the Promoter and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

How to Enter

Participants must complete the entry form at this website location.
One (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated or bulk entries are disqualified.

Winner Selection & Notification

Draw method: Random draw using Google Random Number Generator from valid entries.
Draw date: within 5 business days after the closing date.
Notification: Winner contacted via email and/or phone up to 3 attempts over 5 business days. If unreachable or ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and another winner drawn.

Verification

The Promoter may require proof of identity, age, South African residency, and compliance with these terms before awarding the prize.

Prize Fulfilment

Prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Collection at selected musical instrument store within South Africa. Risk passes on delivery/collection.
No cash alternative or exchanges. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require.

Publicity & Content

By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name, town and photographs/video for reasonable publicity, without payment, for up to 12 months after the campaign.
If the promotion involves user‑generated content, entrants grant the Promoter a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, transferable licence to use, reproduce and adapt the submitted content for promotional purposes in SA for 24 months.

Data Protection (POPIA)

Personal information is processed by the Promoter strictly for running this giveaway (entry validation, winner contact and fulfilment) and in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Entrants may request access, correction or deletion of their data by contacting the Promoter.

General

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, offensive, or breach platform rules or these terms may be disqualified.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or extend the promotion without reason or notice.
Participants may not claim, reserve, or otherwise “call” any prize prior to the official winner selection and notification process. Any such informal claims (including statements such as “I called it” or “dibs”) have no legal effect and will not be recognised by the Sponsor. Prizes will only be awarded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and based on the official selection process described herein.

Liability

As permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, corrupted or misdirected, or for any technical failures.
Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation or prize use.
Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA).
